Phoenix Storage Condominiums became a reality after builder/developer Roger Marcy completed Enterprise Business Complex in Saugatuck, Michigan.
Eight units were offered in three different sizes. All units offered were sold quickly as baby boomers and generation X have a growing need to store items in spaces away from, but conveniently close, to their homes or vacation destinations.
