These units include the same quality construction as the standard units but are designed to be more economical. They include many of the same amenities as the larger units but without some of the most costly options. All units are built to order, so they can still be customized to fit your individual needs. These units the needs of someone looking for a less expensive alternative for storage space, but still require high quality construction.
Office Space Now Available!
All of our prebuilt units offer offices with telephone cable audio/video security, and satellite capabilities .Kitchens are available upon request .Finished bathrooms with ceramic tile floors are standard, showers are optional. The mezzanine above the office and bath provides an additional 200 sq. ft. of office/flex space.
A private place to surf the internet, order parts for your favorite toys, start a small business or poker night with the boys. These large, versatile spaces can accommodate them all!
Custom Interior Package Now Available!
Unit 30 features a custom interior package. The office/ game room has a mini kitchen with under counter refrigerator and built in microwave. It also has a flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system in office and storage bay. The floors in office and bath are ceramic tile. The floor in the storage bay is epoxy multicolor fleck with two coats of clear offering commercial durability. The mezzanine and stairs leading to it are carpeted. A cottage style glass front upright storage cabinet holds towels and cleaning supplies in the bathroom. Let us custom build a unit to express YOUR lifestyle!
Phase 1 Complete
The first build out consisted of seven units. Four units are sold. One unit is finished and decorated, ready for occupancy. Two units remain, under roof, ready to customize for our next clients. One sold unit is empty and available as temporary space if needed.
