F.A.Q.s (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. Are there associations fees?
Yes, all units will be required to pay a condominium association fee every 6 months. The fee will cover common area maintenance costs, ie: grounds up keep, snow removal, insurance, and other common area costs as set by the association.

Q. Is there a management fee?
The developer (Phoenix Storage LLC) manages all units and a nominal fee is included in the association fee for day to day operations. This is done to ensure that all the maintenance is done, units are used as per guidelines of the association, and that common bills are paid, etc to protect all units.

Q. What about heating costs?
Each unit will have its own HVAC units and be responsible for the cost of the same.

Q. What about taxes?
Taxes vary by location so you will need to get information on the individual location you desire from our staff.  Each owner pays their own taxes on their unit and a prorated share of the tax on the common area elements.

Q. Water? Sewer? Electric?
This facility provides electric, natural gas, sewer & water and satellite.

Q. Is there a security system?
Each facility is serviced by it’s own entrance and Phoenix Storage, by it’s own private road.  Monitored security is available in every unit of the project.
